Every AI output carries a confidence score. Low-confidence outputs are flagged for additional review before the examiner acts on them.
Audit trail
Every action, every AI interaction, and every deadline event is logged immutably. 7-year retention per LC 3762. DOI audit-ready by default.
Human decision
AdjudiCLAIMS does not make claims decisions. It structures the analysis and presents it to the examiner. The examiner decides. The system enforces this.
